Today the President of Russia Vladimir Putin held a meeting on the sanitary-epidemiological situation in Russia. Sobyanin took part in it. During the event, he recalled that to date in Moscow was cancelled, the main limitations due to the pandemic coronavirus infection, and said that the ban on the holding of mass events shall not be cancelled within the next month — until the end of August.

“let’s See how things will develop,” — said the mayor.

In the course of the same meeting, Putin said that the situation with the spread of coronavirus infection in Russia remains complicated and can swing in any direction. In this regard, he urged to cancel the restrictions carefully.

In December, China started the outbreak of disease infection COVID-19, which causes the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. According to recent figures, worldwide, the number of cases exceeded 16.7 million people. In Russia the number of cases exceeded 828,9 thousands of people.
