Press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov said that to get acquainted with the opinion of philologists of the Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences about the grammatical errors in the ballots for amendments to the Constitution, RIA Novosti reported.

"I honestly first heard about it, but of course it’s important. In any case, I do not think that this is relevant to the legitimacy of the voting and, most importantly, to the purity of voting," said the spokesman.

We are talking about the mismatch variation of "Constitution" in the ballot.

Previously Peskov said that Vladimir Putin could turn to the Russians with an appeal before the main day of voting on amendments to the Constitution.

Peskov recalled that before important votes, the President of the Russian Federation usually refers to the Russians.
