“Rambler” wrote that earlier the President of Russia Vladimir Putin instructed to begin preparations for carrying out of solemn parade in honor of the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the great Patriotic War, which should take place on 24 June in Moscow and other cities of the country.
“While no decision on opening borders to all foreigners were not accepted, so I can’t say whether such decisions at the time of the parades,” – said Peskov.
He stressed that the existing restrictions do not apply to official visits, especially at the highest level.
