The head of NASA Jim Breidenstein not congratulated Russian cosmonaut Oleg Skripochka, who returned to Earth in the ship "Union MS-15" to the ISS with American colleagues, Andrew Morgan, and Jessica Meir.

In turn, the head of Roscosmos, Dmitry Rogozin congratulated all members of the returning crew.
