Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at the meeting with his deputies announced the signing of a resolution giving farmers whose seasonal activities are included in a special list, entitled to a deferment or installment of tax payments on the condition that half of their income received from these seasonal activities. “In the updated document, in addition to participating in the harvest, included aquaculture, processing of vegetables and fruits, as well as a number of other positions,” – said the head of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Farmers will also be able to defer payments on subsidized loans. “First and foremost we are talking about short – term up to one year – preferential loans for small agribusiness, which expire this year,” – said Mishustin. Such loans can be extended to obtain a deferment of payments of accrued interest. The delay can be calculated and borrowers who have received an investment loan.

– the funding for the new support measures will amount to 10 billion rubles, of which this year will be allocated 4 billion rubles in the next 6 billion at the expense of redistribution of budgetary funds, – said the Prime Minister.
