In the near future a new ship is not scheduled to enter into operation instead of the ship “Soyuz MS”.
Specialists of the state Corporation “Roscosmos” will start work on new options reusable manned spacecraft, design based on the Soviet “Buran”. The corresponding order was given by the CEO of the company Dmitry Rogozin.
“we Need to do a reusable vehicle a completely different configuration” – quoted its RIA Novosti.
Rogozin explained that the new space ship “of the type” Soviet “Buran” should be considered the possibility of landing on the runway.
Roscosmos head also noted that the project planned to implement in the near term and now used Soyuz MS is to remain in the service, although it will undergo upgrades.
