MOSCOW, June 16 — RIA Novosti. the Federal air transport Agency approved airlines of the Russian Federation subsidies for losses due the situation with coronavirus in the amount of 9.6 billion rubles, said the Agency.

“a month in Rosaviatsia has received 31 applications from airlines for the provision of subsidies. During this period, the Agency approved 21 application in the amount 9,607 billion rubles”, — stated in the message.

Airlines have received subsidies to cover expenses for commercial transportation, performed from February to may 2020.

“currently, the verification of the Federal air transport Agency is documentation 19 airlines, the amount of the alleged subsidy amounts to 841 million rubles”, — stated in the message.

the President of Russia Vladimir Putin has charged to support airlines affected due pandemic coronavirus. The government has allocated 23,4 billion rubles.
