the Commissioner for human rights in the self-proclaimed Donetsk national Republic (DND) Daria Morozova said on the completion of the exchange of prisoners with Kiev, reports “Donetsk news Agency”.
“We were able to take away from Ukraine 10 people gave 9 people. From our side we spent the whole procedure treatment of all transferred persons to Ukraine”, — said Morozov. She said that initially, a list was made of 11 people, but one of them refused to participate in the exchange.
