He and businessman Michael Schneiderman was accused of cheating inmates, which allegedly was expressed in the insurance against accidents, disability and death in jail. The Seckin, according to him, nothing to do with insurance had and believes that the whole story – “otvetka” for its attempt to initiate a criminal case against the extortionists at the Moscow pretrial detention.
As it became known “MK”, a criminal case was opened on 2 July investigation Department ATC CAO. In exchange, a human rights activist allegedly promised protection of life and health, creation of favorable conditions in places of deprivation of liberty.
