Rospotrebnadzor recommended to suspend the separate collection of waste at the time of the pandemic coronavirus. The Agency believes that any recycled object may be potentially contaminated, because many infected COVID-19 are treated at home.
“In the processing of recyclable materials and for sorting mixed waste, there is a risk of infection of personnel and contamination of the production environment. At the time of the pandemic coronavirus infection it is recommended to suspend the separate collection of waste”, — stated in the message press service of the CPS, which results in “RIA Novosti”.

In addition, the Agency proposes to exempt from VAT transactions for the implementation of secondary resources, and natural persons having received income from the rental or sale of recyclables, from payment of personal income tax.
