Moreover, the final decision to cancel certain action should take the heads of the regions.

the Corresponding view Popova said during an online meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.At the same time, she stressed that the main criterion for making decisions on the restrictions should be the growth rate of morbidity.

“Introduced in Russia due to pandemic coronavirus restrictions shall be removed in three stages. And decisions about mitigation of mode isolation should take directly to the head of the Federation. In the first stage, citizens will be allowed sports on the street, or Hiking with children, and resumed the work of companies in the sphere of trade and services in a limited area,” – said the head of Rospotrebnadzor.

According to Popova, in the second stage implied the reopening of educational institutions and larger trading organizations with restrictions on the number of visitors.
