Marina and Artem Chaika

Today, the magistrate plot № 378 Presnensky district of Moscow terminated the marriage of Artem Chaika, the eldest son of former Prosecutor General of Russia, and Marina Seagulls who have been married for 21 years. The case received public exposure after Marina on July 28 published a video message in which she asked her husband to return her passport and give her the divorce. The video was posted on the YouTube channel of Catherine Gordon, who represents the legal interests of mothers of large families.

I’m just a woman who wants to divorce their spouse. We lived with him for 21 years, we have four kids… Now our quiet life with children was under threat. I don’t share with him the property, I don’t want anything from their spouse. I want that you give me at least a passport, I don’t have it for two months. I have this sue… I just know that my family are threats and promises to take the children. The guardianship was given to understand that in court they will defend the husband. I ask the media and all people to support me — said Marina Seagull.

In court, no property claims to the spouse Marina gull were not nominated. The question of the residence of minor children of the pair will be considered separately. All the couple have four children: 20-year-old Maria, an 18-year-old Sergei, a 17-year-old Daria and five-year-old Sophia.
