The new building will consist of two buildings, according to the portal of the mayor and government of Moscow.

The house will be with underground Parking and nonresidential premises on the ground floor, with Moskomekspertiza agreed on this project.

"In the houses under the program of renovation perform the complete interior finishing of apartments. In accordance with the approved Moscow government resolution № 516-PP is not only cosmetic repairs – pasting Wallpaper, laying tile and laminate, but the installation of interior doors, installation of sockets and switches, lighting fixtures, sanitary ware, kitchen sinks and stoves", – said the Chairman of Moskomekspertizu Valery Leonov.

It is planned that in the house with 840 apartments, 12 of them will be for disabled people. In addition, for children with disabilities provided special Parking spaces and rest areas.

The territory near the house will prosper. For participants of the program of renovation will equip the pedestrian area, rest areas with a coating of tiles. In addition, will be established children’s playgrounds and sports areas as well as outdoor lighting.

The renovation programme started in the city in August 2017. It includes 5 174 home.

Previously, the Moscow authorities have identified the stages of resettlement under the program of renovation. The timing of the relocation can be adjusted depending on the progress of construction, selection of sites, implementation of the wishes of residents expressed at the public hearing.
