See legendary performances will be on the official YouTube channel of the Bolshoi theater from any point of the globe. Moreover, each performance will be available for viewing within 24 hours after the virtual premiere.
Unique online marathon will run from March 27 to April 10. During this time spectators will see six performances: Opera “the Tsar’s bride” and “Boris Godunov” and the ballet “Swan lake”, “Marco Spada”, “Sleeping beauty” and “Nutcracker”.
“As all of our country and the world, we are in a very difficult situation which had not previously experienced. A situation when you had to close the theatre and show the audience performances on any of our sites. To lose contact with the audience, of course, we do not want”, – said General Director of the Bolshoi theatre Vladimir urin.

He explained that the theater did a great job to show performances online has taken place. “I hope that this will support all, bring a good mood, and, at least, will provide mental health to those who love the art of Great theatre,” said urin.
Performances will be shown on YouTube in the format of “Premiere”, according to the poster, and, as usually happens in the theatre will begin at 19:00 Moscow time. For each broadcast will be available live reviews, and before the “Swan lake” viewers will be able to gather in advance and live to discuss the upcoming performance at the Bolshoi theatre Premier Denis Rudkinym and leading soloist Igor Tsvirko.
