Putin noted that modern Russia is undergoing a stage of formation and is still being formed.
“Much is made “live thread”. Understand and those who voted against it, we have a lot of unresolved problems, it’s true,” said the President.
Putin stressed that the authorities should do everything to justify the people’s trust.

As reported by “the Rambler”, the vote on the amendments ended on July 1. The results of processing of hundred percent of the protocols, changes in the basic law approved 77.92 percent of Russians voted against 21.27 percent. The turnout was 65 percent.
The results of this vote compared with the results of the presidential elections in 2018: Putin had gained 76,69% of the votes, the level of support of the amendments exceeded these figures.
