The President of the Republic of Korea moon Jae-In in a telephone conversation with the American leader Donald trump has declared its readiness to accept the invitation to the G7 summit, said Monday the Agency Yonhap.
The Agency did not specify when exactly the conversation took place, writes TASS.
Recall, trump has postponed the summit “the Big seven” from the end of June to September, however, he plans to invite Russia, South Korea, Australia and India.
Meanwhile, the UK authorities have opposed to Russia, was returning to G7 format. The British side “do not see evidence of changed behavior” of Russia, which could “justify its return.”
Back in August of last year, trump advocated the return of Russia in the G8. The Kremlin, in turn, said that an official invitation was not.
