The Moscow authorities support the work of theatres after completion of the isolation. Actors and workers of cultural institutions paid the same salary as before the pandemic coronavirus, said the mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin in an interview with "Week in the city" on channel "Russia-1".

"We support theatrical sector, our Moscow theatres, providing payroll even though there is a huge drop in budget revenues. We due to the budget closes this gap in order for the employees of the theaters received the same salary as before the crisis", – said Sobyanin.

Earlier it was reported that since June 9, Moscow theatres were able to resume rehearsals, but the date of their opening for the audience after the lifting of restrictions is still unknown.
