Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin signed a decree relieving Isaac Kalina from the position of head of the Department of education and science of the capital. The document published on the official portal of the mayor of Moscow.
“the Release of Kalina Isaac I. from the post of Minister of Moscow Government, head of the Department of education and science of the city of Moscow under own initiative in connection with transition to other work”, – the document says.
His place from 23 July will take Alexander Hammers, who was previously Deputy head of the Department.
“Assign Molotkova Alexander Borisovich as the Minister of Moscow Government, head of the Department of education and science of the city of Moscow from 23 July 2020 for the term of office of the Mayor of Moscow, freed from the substituted position of Deputy head of the Department of education and science of the city of Moscow”, – stated in another decree.
Kalina held the position of head of the Department of education of Moscow from November 10, 2010. Prior to that, from September 11, 2007, he was Deputy Minister of science and education of Russia.
