TV presenter Ksenia Sobchak has told that sues for English-language publication Business Insider for defamation, noting that he never said a word about blacks, which it ascribes to the publication.

“I sue Business Insider over libel. The German edition was published with the title “Ksenia Sobchak called black people stupid and lazy” and accused me of racism. It is an outright lie. Such words I never said. And I will demand an apology,” – said Sobchak in his Telegram channel.

She stressed that people “are NOT divided into whites and blacks, Caucasians and Asians”.

“But people are divided into smart and stupid. For those who have an opinion and those who follow the crowd. I do not support any protest in any country when it is associated with violence,” she wrote.

“To me, core values are life, liberty and private property. And Yes, my views are right-wing liberal views. Apparently, in our fast-liveuser world, such views have been outlawed. But I was never afraid of pressure on himself in the country, not afraid of him and outside,” concluded Sobchak.

Business Insider is one of the world’s leading news portals, is among the four largest sites in the world. Founded in February 2009, the headquarters is located in new York. 97% of the company belongs to the German Axel Springer media AG. The portal with a link to Google Analytics data reported in 2012, the attendance reached 20 million people a month.

Sobchak is not the first famous Russian player, which the Western media recently accused of racism. So, in early June, the American newspaper the New York Times reached a similar conclusion about the chief editor of RT Margarita Simonyan, repostory publication with the word “nigger”.

Simonyan in response called journalists at the NYT is ignorant and stupid. She indicated that she is an ethnic minority, and as a child often heard in the address the word “black” which, unlike the word “nigger” in Russia is offensive.
