TV presenter Ksenia Sobchak has commented on the statement of the lawyer of the refusal of the actor Mikhail Yefremov to admit guilt in an accident. According to the journalist, the prosecution will have to seriously try to prove that driving that night was the artist.
As I understand from informed sources, the lawyer Ephraim decided to build its defence on the fact that on any camera, no Efremova driving at the time of the accident. But only before and after, — she wrote in her Telegram-channel “Bloody lady”.
Sobchak stressed that the tactics of the lawyer Efremova she would not comment on, and noted that he, as a specialist, for a long time caused her issues.
The accident with the participation of Michael Ephraim occurred on the evening of June 8 in the center of Moscow on Smolensk square. Jeep Grand Cherokee, which was operated by the actor, went into the oncoming lane and crashed into a van Lada. Driver Zakharov suffered from the received traumas the man died at the hospital.
Later examination confirmed that at the time of the accident Efremov was drunk, his blood was also found residual traces of drugs. He faces charges under part 4 of article 264 of the criminal code, which provides for the perpetrator of the accident from 5 to 12 years of imprisonment.
