Archaeologists of the Russian Academy of Sciences was restored artifacts of the medieval Russia. Among them are fragments of a copper bracelet and a bronze mirror with the inscription in Arabic, as well as bronze trim on clothing in the form of two wolves looking at each other.

Also interesting are the found fragments of the Golden Horde ceramic vessel with stamped ornamentation. Such vessels in Moscow is not produced. Most likely the item belonged to someone who visited the Volga region — there were the Golden city, or the representative of the Mongol state.

“In 2015, finds in the Park “Zaryadye” became a true archaeological sensation. Under the remains of a wooden bridge experts have discovered about 350 household items XIII–XV centuries. So, this summer on the territory of the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas experts have found thousands of artifacts XIV–XIX centuries. Household items, with��unit which crucifix, pieces of jewelry, horse harness, as well as coins of the Golden Horde, was discovered on the banks of the river a Small Pine on the South-Western outskirts of the village of Kommunarka.

At the end of 2019, during excavations on the territory of the former orphanage on Moskvoretskaya embankment archaeologists have discovered more than 900 vintage and household items. This is a copper crucifix, rings-signets, coins, pipes, buttons, buckles for belts, elements of horse harness, glass beads, iron knives and nails, lead bullets and other artifacts of XII–XIX centuries. In addition, was found a unique series of fragments of moulded ceramic vessel with pit ornamentation. The artifacts belong to the late phase of the Neolithic lalowski culture (IV–III Millennium BC). They may indicate the existence of an ancient camp sites of the fishermen on the banks of the Moscow river.
