Sands Russia will not cut social spending

“I would say unequivocally no,” – said the representative of the Kremlin, responding to a question.

“I’m not talking about amendments to the Constitution that do not allow such development of events. Even the current version of the Constitution emphasizes the social nature of our state,” reminded Sands.

And for the President it’s always been an absolute priority. “I can confidently say that Russia even in the most difficult times, has the ability and necessary tools to fulfill their social obligations”, – assured the press Secretary of the head of state.
