the Russian Paralympic Artem Isaev punished for self-isolation in the country — the athlete was given a fine in the amount of 15 thousand rubles. It is reported by Telegram-channel “apology of protest”.

Despite a negative test result COVID-19, the athlete was prescribed a regime of isolation and rejection from training. Isaev asked the doctors to specify the address of his dacha as a place of isolation, but doctors left in the document data registration. The police have not found Isayev in his apartment and made the report.
