Russian Governor refused to help the business because of the catastrophic shortage of money

Earlier the President of Russia Vladimir Putin during a meeting with members of the government proposed anti-crisis measures to rescue small and medium business in the country. In particular, he offered to provide financial assistance to victims during a pandemic coronavirus companies so they can pay wages to employees. The head of state proposed to pay based 12 130 rubles per employee per month.
