Deputy of the state Duma Vasily Vlasov proposed to establish a monthly payment for families who would refuse a place in a kindergarten. It is reported by RT, citing a letter from MP to Minister of education Sergey Kravtsov.

the Politician pointed to the problem of shortage of places in Russian pre-school educational institutions. He offered to pay the families of one regional minimum wage each month, when the child would be in kindergarten. If parents will change their mind, they can refuse to pay and again to get in line for a place.

According to Vlasov, this decision will allow to reduce turns in kindergartens.

on may 28, a member of the Public chamber of Russia Sultan Khamzayev proposed to the end of this year to cancel the fee-for-service budget kindergartens for parents who have lost their jobs due to the coronavirus. It is noted that the requirement for cancellation fee will be registering adults as unemployed.
