the Russian courts in 2019 issued 7 million of decisions on collecting of money from debtors under the loan agreements, said the head of the Supreme court Vyacheslav Lebedev. In 2013, the courts issued 1.3 million such decisions, but every year the number of decisions grows.
One of the reasons for the failure of credit obligations was a failure to provide citizens full of information about credit services. Credit institutions are required to provide to the borrower all information about features of services and conditions of payment, said Lebedev.
meanwhile, the number of court cases on bankruptcy of citizens has increased in 2019 to 40%, concluded Mr. Lebedev.
