Representative ex-President of Armenia Robert Kocharian told RBC that the pledge made by the President of group of companies “Tashir” Samvel Karapetyan, Director of “the Monarch” Sergey Hambardzumyan, businessman Gennady Stepanyan, as well as Sistema.
