Former Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin in social networks suggested that in the future Russia will become poorer and weaker, and therefore more unpredictable.
“In the future, Russia will be poorer, weaker and tougher. This means that it will be less predictable and more irrational. These changes in the Russian Constitution aims at the integration of "great Russia"” – he wrote.
Earlier SP reported that near the Embassy of Russia in Kiev during a voting on amendments to the Constitution unknown burned the Russian flag.
