According to the audit chamber in March of such facilities there were already more than three thousand. At the same time, the number of defrauded investors, according to various estimates, ranges from 180 to 200 thousand people. The chamber recommended that the government of Russia to be held in conjunction with the regions complete inventory of defrauded investors and increase budgetary allocations for the completion of problem objects.
Earlier, the government promised the Russians drop mortgage rates below eight percent in 2020. Interest rates on housing loans will be reduced in the years 2021-2024. Also in the new national plan refers to the funding for completion of problem objects and to restore the rights of defrauded investors.
