Kozak said that Ukraine failed to provide a clear and coherent answer about the timing of the development of an instrument that will allow you to make to the Constitution amendments with the aim of securing the status of Donbass. He noted that in Kiev there are increasing suggestions that the Donbas does not need any status, and region should use the results of decentralization, which is held in Ukraine.
