The Council on human rights under the RF President proposed to repeal the penalties for violations of self-isolation, if these violations were not serious consequences. This is stated in the report of the HRC, published on the website of the Council.

It is noted that the remission of fines does not affect the spread of the coronavirus, but will significantly improve the well-being of families.
