Russia has banned the “low bar” in residential houses, objects of public catering, where they sell alcohol, often unlicensed. The prohibition applies to those institutions whose area is less than 20 square meters.

These mini-bars cannot be placed not only in homes but also in the annexes thereto, as well as in the surrounding areas. The authors of the bill argue that the residents of buildings where such establishments have a negative attitude to them and regularly complain about the noise.
