“Foreign experts are allowed a single entry to Russia based on a special list. Such a list to the FSB and the interior Ministry shall send the Federal Executive authorities in whose jurisdiction is the employer or the customer of services of foreign specialists”, — is reported on the government website.
When a foreigner, in addition to a passport should be a valid employment contract (or contract for services).
