According to him, this idea is being discussed at the working level, but the details of the negotiations reveal he is not yet ready.
To send Russian cosmonauts Crew Dragon must be certified. “To certify that ships have to dial the number of flights. This is not a very large number. We just have to be sure that they fly on time and safely,” — said Krikalev.
He emphasized that the same requirements apply to the Americans, “when we started to fly our ships.” Thus, it is a “normal working relationship”.
