Previously, there was an apartment house Alexei Durylina — honorary citizen of the city and of the merchant, engaged in the dressing of leather. According to lot’s of documentation, the building is not a heritage site and has a free functional purpose. Applications for participation in the auctions are accepted till 29 July. Auction will be held on August 6, they are organized by the Moscow Department for competition policy.
