State charge has requested for the Director to six years in prison and a fine of 800 thousand rubles. The sentence defendants in the case will be announced on Friday, June 26.
In his speech, in court, Kirill Serebrennikov said that “never did a dishonest thing.”

This is my post from three years ago. Kirill Serebrennikov is searched. The so-called “theatrical” will be one of the highlights of discrediting the judicial system of Russia. All smelly, given the history of our country, reasoning in the spirit of “no smoke without fire” broke on the case. This amount of inconsistencies, forgeries, witnesses withdrawing their testimony, the conduct of professional examinations (how many was there? 4-5?), until I finally found a couple of “needed” workers who gave the “right” answer… Who not only spoke and did not write about it from the professional community: those who wanted and those who did not really want. He replaced the Minister of culture, and we have a new recipient for appeals. And we make them, with varying degrees of sincerity, pretending that it is, the case, and the other from her, though something depends in this case.
Today, the process should end. Any optimism on this occasion I do not. I send rays of support to all involved in this shameful business. Understand that in the historical sense, the victory will still be on their side: so many times in the history not only of the country. Just a pity its only a country that can’t get off this circle. Sorry for the talented and bright people, who are forced to spend nerves, forces and time on a bunch of traitors to their cause called “Russian justice”.
