RG: First name REC indicates the direction of “Neutrinos”. Why is it? What progress in the study of elementary particles has been achieved in the Caucasus?

Svetlana Khashirova: Yes, it is a problem. Therefore, the creation of a consortium requires the effective interaction of representatives of education, science, business and government. Our consortium includes a Design center to market prototyping and research Institute “ELPA”, possessing advanced competencies in digital infrastructure and education. This will help to implement, together with the enterprises of defense industry complex “Zelenograd cluster” pilot projects “Digital city” and “Digital University 20.35”.
