Now the term of such registration with the first participant is ten days, it is proposed to reduce to seven working days. Subsequent agreements shall be registered within five days — according to the project, the process can be accelerated by the submission of documents in electronic form (then the period is three days).The bill provides for the exit reception of documents for cadastral registration and registration — free this service will be for the privileged categories of citizens. In addition, the application is accepted by notaries of documents to the Federal registration service on behalf of the citizens without a power of attorney. Simplified and digital check transactions at the conclusion with government agencies citizens will not require registration of digital signature.
