It is the country’s top prosecutor, the attorney general, who has assessed that there is no basis to charge Paludan.
He was charged by The Police for an incident at the langeland festival last year.
the Founder of the party firm had purchased a ticket to the festival, but were denied access, when he appeared together with some friends. It was in this context that the police raised the charges and questioned the Rasmus Paludan.
He was charged to have attempted collision with a guard at the festival, and for not having exercised sufficient vigilance, writes the times.dk.
