MOSCOW, April 15 – RIA Novosti. Address of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin to the Russians is not scheduled, the President will speak at the beginning of the meeting with members of the government, told RIA Novosti press-Secretary of Russian leader Dmitry Peskov.
Earlier media reported that Putin will appeal to the Russians.
“No. This is not so. Will the President’s speech in the beginning of the meeting with members of the government,” Peskov said.
