Currently in the Metropolitan area and in many other regions mode isolation extended in some cases until the end of may or at a later date. Mandatory or recommendatory mask mode is already installed or will be available soon in most regions of Russia.

In some regions, may 12, will be able to resume most organizations, but will remain closed entertainment facilities, and catering.

The President of the Russian Federation at the meeting on may 6 noted that, depending on the epidemiological situation in the regions, "somewhere hard, opnavdanya preventive measures to keep and even complement, it is possible to plan them a certain, reasonable mitigation", but it should be done "only relying on the opinion of scientists, experts, and taking into account all factors and possible risks".

"And go to run it is impossible to not be pushed back, but to stagnate is also pointless", – Putin said.
