Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on lump sum payment in the amount of 10 thousand rubles to families with children under the age of 16, the press service of the Kremlin.
"to Produce in addition to the social benefits stipulated in the presidential decree of April 7, 2020 No. 249 "About additional measures of social support for families with children", lump sum payments to Russian citizens living on the territory of the Russian Federation and non-parents, adoptive parents, guardians, caregivers of children under the age of 16 years, having citizenship of the Russian Federation (further – citizens), in the amount of 10 000 roubles on each child", – stated in the message.
It is clarified that a lump sum payment is not counted in the income families while providing them with other measures of social support. In addition, citizens who have not received payment, may apply to the Pension Fund of Russia for her appointment until 1 October this year.
The head of state on Tuesday made an appeal to the Russians, which, in particular, stated the need to pay in July advanced 10 thousand rubles for each child up to 16 years.
