The President of Russia Vladimir Putin invited President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko at the opening of the memorial to Soviet soldiers near Rzhev, reports RIA "news".
The event will be held June 30.
24 Jun Lukashenko visited the Victory day Parade on red square and a reception in the Kremlin.
