President Vladimir Putin discussed with the permanent members of Russian security Council the situation in the South-East of Ukraine, in Libya and in the Balkans, reported the press-Secretary of Russian leader Dmitry Peskov.

“an exchange of views on a number of international issues. In particular, expressed frustration with the lack of any dynamics on the crisis in the South-East of Ukraine(…) Neither Minsk nor Kiev Paris agreement does not” – quoted Peskov RIA “Novosti”.

Also at the meeting, they discussed the situation in Libya. Emphasized the peaceful settlement has no alternative in the country.

“In the context of Balkan Affairs noted the need to build all the processes taking into account the fundamental UN security Council resolution 1244,” said the representative of the Kremlin.

In addition, there has been discussion of socio-economic domestic Russian agenda.

The meeting was attended by the speakers of the Federation Council and the state Duma Valentina Matvienko, Vyacheslav Volodin, Deputy Chairman of the security service of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev, security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev, the head of the Kremlin administration Anton Vaino, the interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, heads of the FSB and SVR, Alexander Bortnikov, and Sergei Naryshkin, as well as the President’s special representative for environmental issues, ecology and transport Sergei Ivanov.
