“To commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the great Patriotic war of 1941-1945 and the Victory Parade June 24, 1945, in gratitude of descendants to the winners of the invaders, paying tribute to the great deed, heroism and selflessness of war veterans, I hereby decree: to take place on 24 June 2020 at 10 a.m. local time in Moscow, on red square and in other cities of the Russian Federation military parades with attraction of arms and military equipment, using in the prescribed manner, the official symbol of the Victory of Soviet people in the great Patriotic war – the Victory banner”, – stated in the decree.
In 22 hours will be given artillery salute in Moscow and other cities.
the defense Ministry is instructed jointly with regional governments to determine the venue of parades and fireworks, and ensure their preparation and conduct.
