Alexander Lukashenko, announced his press service, congratulated the President of the Russian Federation with the outcome of the referendum and noted that their votes for the Russians expressed their solidarity with the modern policy of further strengthening the sovereignty and development of Russia as a social state, the preservation of traditional values and historical truth.
“the results of the referendum clearly show the recognition of your accomplishments and abilities to consolidate the nation in such a complicated and responsible period”, – said the Belarusian leader.
He expressed the belief that in the future Belarus and Russia will be strategic allies, developing cooperation in many areas in the interests of the two brotherly peoples.
