Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated the Commissioner for children’s rights Anna Kuznetsov with the birth of the seventh child. My warmest wish for the children’s Ombudsman and all large families, the head of state gave during a video conference with Kuznetsova and families awarded the order of "Parental glory".
"I take this opportunity to congratulate you, Anna, with the birth of the seventh child in your family – a son. I sincerely wish all the best to all large families of Russia. Wish you success, prosperity and happiness", – Putin said.
He noted that the epidemic is coronavirus and the subsequent forced restrictions affected the Russian economy, on the operation of enterprises and the welfare of citizens.
"It was inevitable. But by implementing our measures, measures support, we have taken the decision. It was the fact that first of all we decided to help people directly and to support families with children" – drew attention to the Russian leader.
