Published a rating of Russian regions for quality of life. First place is occupied by Moscow, Moscow region and Saint Petersburg, the last – the Jewish Autonomous region, Tuva and Karachay-Cherkessia.

the rankings take into account 70 indicators, grouped into 11 groups, in particular the level of income, employment, housing conditions, safety, demographics, education, environment, climate, development of social and transport infrastructure, the development of small businesses.

Experts believe that Moscow and St. Petersburg remain the leaders in the coming years: they are fixed on the top of the rating not only due to the high level of development of economy, social sphere and infrastructure, but also due to the fact that in these regions there is a great potential for development.

In the top ten, Tatarstan, Krasnodar Krai, Belgorod oblast, Yugra, Leningrad oblast, Kaliningrad oblast, Voronezh oblast. The leaders of the list accounts for about 40 percent of the total GRP of the country.

the Last place in the ranking of Tuva, Karachay-Cherkessia, Jewish Autonomous oblast, Altai Republic, Zabaykalsky Krai, Kurgan oblast, Kalmykia, Ingushetia, Buryatia, Northern Ossetia. RIA Novosti noted that the value of the combined rating points of these regions has increased compared to last year – that is, the quality of life has improved, although the distance to the national average level is significant.
