The government has developed a draft decree, which will allow Roscosmos to determine the perpetrators of the contracts for the development and operation of space technology closed method. Document published on the portal of normative legal acts.
In the explanatory note to the draft made by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, said that the need of adoption of the decision due to the fact that the authorities of the foreign States and groups of States to analyze open-source information from contracts of Roscosmos and its enterprises, revealing of participants of cooperatives.
