British Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle, who now lives in Los Angeles, appealed to the court against paparazzi who sold photographs of their son, according to the magazine Hollywood Reporter.

"Some of the paparazzi and media have launched drones just 20 feet (6 meters) over the house most often three times a day to get photos of spouses and their young son in their private house", – reads the statement of claim. It is noted that the paparazzi tried to take photos with the help of a helicopter, flying over the back yard Harry and Megan.

Despite these moves by Harry and Megan went to court only after he learned that photos of their 14-month-old son Archie were the subject of sale. As defendants in the suit are the "unidentified persons". Steam requires that they returned all the illegally made pictures and continue to refrain from activities that violate privacy.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle officially ceased to perform Royal duties 1st April.
